Certifications, Associations and Homologations
Founded on January 17, 1968, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (Cámara de Comercio Americana del Perú – AmCham Peru) is an independent non-profit organization with the objective of promoting free trade and development through private investment, as well as trade relations between Peru and the United States.
The RIM program has been designed with the help and comments of senior executives and consultants in the moving industry. The RIM program has been created to provide clients with relocation services of household assets with independent and standardized means to differentiate and select qualified moving companies that operate anywhere in the world.
The Pan American International Movers Association (PAIMA) was founded in 1984 by 16 owners of the leading international moving companies. These were entrepreneurs who saw the need and the opportunity to create an association that would represent companies in America with selected members in key areas of the world.
The International Association of Movers (IAM) is a global association of transporters and moving companies committed to providing their clients with the highest level of available services. Our members are more than 2000 companies over 170 countries and they are available to make your move wherever your destination is.
AMSA is a multilateral organization that provides a variety of resources to keep our members at the forefront of any aspect of our industry. By being a member of AMSA moving companies have access to vital information, excellent training and certification programs, invaluable services and opportunities to save money. Members are given the “tools” and “support” they need to thrive and succeed in a very competitive market. All of them have access to a professional and knowledgeable staff.
